The management is included in this system, too, undertaking tasks such as advising customers or developing new applications and devices.
Our back office is the first point of contact for our customers. This is where we determine your specific needs in a personal conversation. It also serves as link to the respective departments and to the application laboratory. Our on-site product specialists are responsible for the demonstration of the analysers and consulting. All consultants are highly qualified engineers, physicists or technicians; they speak our customers’ language and understand their needs.
Our service coordinator is the first contact person regarding all service matters. Here, you can make an appointment, ask for a cost estimate or check the status of a repair. As opposed to other hotlines, at analyticon you will always reach qualified contact persons during office hours. They are happy to comprehensively answer technical questions.
The automated calibration station “octopus”, an in-house development of analyticon, is the only one of its kind in the world. The robot-supported system calibrates up to 20 analysers at the same time according to certified standards. In addition, “octopus” ensures an excellent and consistent quality of the calibration on each analyser.
